The messier the breakup the better!

Messy breakups can really aid your career and personal growth

After you’ve gone through a messy breakup experience

You may be asking yourself “What now?”

The post-breakup period is one that I actually, oddly, enjoy

That’s because we tend to be really connected to our heart then

In other words, we don’t live in our head!

I’d say the more messy the breakup the better!

Dramatic endings connect us to our hearts even more deeply

Offering a chance at greater self-exploration

In this way, the period after a breakup allows for a lot of self-discovery as the dust is settling down.

You might decide to learn new skills or find new interests

But a lot of those things may end up being a distraction from the pain you feel inside

I personally think that allowing yourself to grieve is necessary

However, it’s very easy to lose yourself in the grieving period

You don’t want to end up wallowing in your emotions and pain all the time

Or wake up realizing you’ve spent the last 2 years emotionally unavailable, feeling sorry for yourself.

That’s why I’d recommend anchoring yourself in a goal in the future

A personal mission, a calling, or an expression of your life purpose

These can serve as a stable compass as you process your emotions

In this way, the post-breakup period can be changed to a time of great self-discovery

One that can improve your life forever

One than can change your career forever

One that can finally get you to follow a career you are passionate about

Rather than one that just gives you good money but no satisfaction

Or this might be a time when you finally realize what it is that you truly want to pursue

You don’t want to stagnate

You want to keep on moving, growing, healing

And hopefully you want to be the best version of yourself possible

While keeping your heart open.

And save invaluable months or years of your life

That you might otherwise lose trying to figure things out on your own

And you feel that you’d benefit from having an experienced guide to accompany you through this work

And help you anchor in the future

Reach out to me and let’s talk about how I can serve you.
