Thank you for an amazing session yesterday. Already feeling like I’ve rediscovered a missing piece of me. My inner child has been busy documenting her journey to self love. On my basement wall. Not sure how well you can see in the back my pic shows me wrapped in a huge heart of self love whilst releasing what no longer serves me into the sea of emotion beneath me. All of this as a result of my surrender to God as part of my journey. All of this was on the inside of me but our session last week reminded me to reconnect with my inner child to capture everything out in the open. Each day I’ve been adding a little to it. On your self doubt question, I would say I’m down from a 7 to a 2. Through my connection to God I gained clarity that everything I need is already inside of me. So I’m in a balanced space. I feel like you helped me find the missing piece to my puzzle. The beautiful thing with that realization is that I’m no longer putting myself under pressure to have it all figured out.
